Message from Sam’s Burger Joint

Dear Customers,

At Sam’s Burger Joint we value the safety of our Team, Guests, and Artists that we bring together to provide the best Hamburgers and Entertainment in San Antonio. The safety of all is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the Wuhan Covid 19 outbreak we are talking all necessary steps to ensure those values.

GENERAL INFORMATION: We are continuing to have deep cleaning of all our areas and counters and provide hand sanitizer to our customers to ensure the cleanest environment possible. Please consult the CDC website for more information on safety and mitigation efforts that all individuals can take to stop the spread of the virus.

ENTERTAINMENT: To be in compliance with the Mayor of San Antonio’s order to close all bars. We are suspending music operations until April 19th at this time. Some shows will be cancelled and others postponed. Check each specific show for details on that show specifically. Tickets for cancelled shows will be refunded in the next few days. Postponed show tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date. If a customer request a refund on a postponed show we will refund that ticket.

RESTAURANT: At this time Sam’s will remain open with general restaurant service with a limited menu to provide food and beverages to customers. To comply with the city wide restaurant dining order will continue to offer website ordering, call in ordering, and curbside pick up and take out. We will be bringing limited delivery with a delivery service online very soon to limited locations.
